Xpress Blaster provides bulk email marketing solutions including SMTP, web-based sending panel, and campaign management tools. Users agree to use the service only for lawful and ethical business purposes.
2. Strict Anti-Spam Policy
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward spam.
- Sending unsolicited emails without proper consent is strictly prohibited
- Purchased, scraped, or third-party email lists are not allowed
- Users must ensure recipients have opted-in to receive communication
- Any spam complaints, abuse reports, or blacklist issues may result in immediate suspension
3. Content Responsibility
Users are fully responsible for the content they send.
- No illegal, misleading, fraudulent, or harmful content
- No phishing, adult, gambling, or restricted content
- No violation of intellectual property rights
Xpress Blaster reserves the right to review, block, or remove campaigns that violate policies.
4. Compliance with Laws
Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including:
- CAN-SPAM Act
- GDPR (if applicable)
- IT laws and anti-spam regulations in India
Failure to comply may result in account termination without notice.
5. Data & List Management
Users must maintain clean and permission-based email lists.
- Use of verified and consent-based data only
- High bounce rates or complaint rates may lead to account restrictions
- Our Auto Bounce Handler will remove invalid emails automatically
6. Payment & Refund Policy
- All payments are final and non-refundable
- No refunds for partial usage, account suspension, or policy violations
- Services are activated only after full payment confirmation
7. Account Suspension & Termination
Xpress Blaster reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice if:
- Any policy violation is detected
- Spam or abuse complaints exceed acceptable limits
- Misuse of system resources is found
No refunds will be issued in such cases.
8. Service Availability
We aim to provide high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance or technical issues
- Xpress Blaster is not liable for any loss of business due to service interruptions
9. Limitation of Liability
Xpress Blaster shall not be held responsible for:
- Delivery outcomes (as they depend on multiple external factors)
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
- Third-party service failures
10. Privacy & Security
We prioritize user data protection but users are responsible for securing their login credentials. Any unauthorized access due to negligence is not our responsibility.
11. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of updated terms.
