Our services involve instant activation, server allocation, IP setup, and resource deployment. Once activated, resources are consumed and cannot be reversed, making refunds impossible.


3. Delivery & Performance

While we aim for high inbox delivery (up to 90%), we do not guarantee exact results, as delivery depends on multiple external factors such as:

  • Email content quality
  • Recipient engagement
  • Domain reputation
  • Spam filters and third-party policies

No refunds will be issued based on delivery performance.


4. Account Suspension / Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to:

  • Spam complaints
  • Violation of anti-spam policies
  • Use of purchased or non-consented data
  • Sending prohibited or harmful content
